Wie schon gestern war auch heute der Wind wie weggeblasen. Daher wollte ich baldmöglichst losfahren. Doch oweh, ich habe beim bepacken des Fahrrads festgestellt, dass ich meine Brille im Bad vergessen habe, da ich sie grad noch geputzt hatte. Da ich aber nicht mehr ins Zimmer konnte, musste ich warten bis der Mann von der Rezeption wieder auftauchte. Mein Startfoto mit Brille konnte ich daher erst um 07;03 machen. 
Die ersten 30 Kilometer waren im Vergleich zum Rest etwas mühsam. Ich musste viel auf Strassen und Bundesstrassen fahren und das im Morgenverkehr. In Viano do Castelo musste ich zudem noch eine enge Brücke überqueren. Wegen des Verkehrs wollte ich das zunächst zu Fuss machen, doch für Fussgänger war es so schmal, dass das unmöglich war. Ich packte eine günstige Gelegenheit und fuhr den Rest. Da wurde mir erst klar wie lange die Brücke ist. Bei einem nächsten Mal versuche ich’s gar nicht erst zu Fuss. 
Dann ging’s für mich fast immer auf dem Camino (Jakobsweg) weiter. Ich überholte viele Pilger. Wie muss das erst im Sommer aussehen?
Als ich dem schönen Radweg dem Meer entlang fuhr, merkte der Wind plötzlich, dass er mich heute noch gar nicht gebremst hatte. Das holte er jetzt nach und blies mir entsprechend stark entgegen. Eigentlich mag ich Wind und zum Meer gehört es doch einfach dazu. 
Inzwischen bin ich schon einiges nördlicher als ich in Valencia gestartet bin. Mir fällt das auch an der Vegetation auf. Palmen sieht man fast keine mehr, die Pflanzen sind hier in Galizien ähnlich wie bei uns in Mitteleuropa. 
Bevor ich in Valença Portugal verliess, belohnte mich das Land mit einem besonders schönen Radweg von vielen Kilometern alles einem Fluss entlang. Der Weg war auch mit vielen schönen Rastplätzen versehen. Im Moment habe ich wenig Pilger dort gesehen und auch ich konnte den grössten für mich allein geniessen. 
Hier in Porriño habe ich über booking.com ein Appartement ausgesucht, das auf mich einen sehr guten Eindruck machte. Nachdem ich es auch von aussen gesehen habe, habe ich die Buchung vollzogen, da keine Rezeption vorhanden war. Der Vermieter kam dann sofort raus und empfang mich sehr freundlich. Für Vogel-Lisi stellte er mir einen kleinen Raum direkt beim Eingang inkl. Strom zur Verfügung. Besonders positiv fand ich dann im Appartement, dass er mir einen mit Bier und Wasser versehenen Kühlschrank anbot. Auch Kaffee und Tee und sogar Brötchen sind vorhanden und müssen nicht separat bezahlt werden. 
Morgen werde ich Santiago de Compostela erreichen, das Ziel aller Pilger, die ich auf dem Jakobsweg angetroffen habe und noch werde.

Como ayer, hoy el viento se lo llevó. Por eso quería irme lo antes posible. Pero vaya, cuando estaba empacando la bici me di cuenta que se me habían olvidado las gafas en el baño porque las acababa de limpiar. Pero como no podía entrar a la habitación, tuve que esperar hasta que apareciera el hombre de la recepción. Por lo tanto, sólo pude tomar mi foto inicial con gafas a las 07:03.

Los primeros 30 kilómetros fueron un poco difíciles en comparación con el resto. Tuve que conducir mucho por carreteras y autopistas federales con el tráfico de la mañana. En Viano do Castelo también tuve que cruzar un puente estrecho. Debido al tráfico, al principio quería hacerlo a pie, pero era tan estrecho para los peatones que era imposible. Aproveché una buena oportunidad y conduje el resto. Sólo entonces me di cuenta de lo largo que era el puente. La próxima vez ni siquiera intentaré caminar.

Luego casi siempre seguí el Camino (Camino de Santiago). Alcancé a muchos peregrinos. ¿Cómo debe ser en verano?

Mientras recorría el hermoso carril bici junto al mar, el viento de repente se dio cuenta de que hoy no me había frenado en absoluto. Ahora lo compensó y sopló hacia mí en consecuencia. De hecho, me gusta el viento y es solo parte del mar.

Ahora estoy mucho más al norte que cuando empecé en Valencia. También lo noto en la vegetación. Ya casi no se ven palmeras; las plantas aquí en Galicia son similares a las de Europa Central.

Antes de irme de Portugal a Valença, el país me premió con un carril bici especialmente bonito, de muchos kilómetros a lo largo de un río. El camino también tenía muchas zonas de descanso agradables. De momento no vi muchos peregrinos allí y pude disfrutar del más grande para mí solo.

Aquí en Porriño elegí un apartamento a través de booking.com que me causó muy buena impresión. Después de verlo desde fuera hice la reserva porque no había recepción. El propietario salió inmediatamente y me dio una bienvenida muy amable. Para Vogel-Lisi me dio una pequeña habitación justo al lado de la entrada, con electricidad incluida. Lo que me pareció especialmente positivo del apartamento fue que me ofreció una nevera llena de cerveza y agua. También se ofrecen café, té e incluso panecillos y no es necesario pagarlos por separado.

Mañana llegaré a Santiago de Compostela, el destino de todos los peregrinos que he conocido y encontraré en el Camino de Santiago.

Like yesterday, the wind was blowing away today. So I wanted to set off as soon as possible. But alas, when I was packing my bike I realized that I had left my glasses in the bathroom because I had just cleaned them. But since I couldn't get into the room, I had to wait until the man from reception showed up again. So I couldn't take my starting photo with glasses until 7:03.

The first 30 kilometers were a bit arduous compared to the rest. I had to ride a lot on roads and main roads, and in the morning traffic. In Viano do Castelo I also had to cross a narrow bridge. Because of the traffic I wanted to do this on foot at first, but it was so narrow for pedestrians that that was impossible. I seized a good opportunity and cycled the rest. Only then did I realize how long the bridge is. Next time I won't even try to walk.

Then I continued almost all the way along the Camino (Way of St. James). I overtook many pilgrims. What must it be like in summer?

As I was riding along the beautiful cycle path by the sea, the wind suddenly noticed that it hadn't slowed me down at all today. It made up for that now and blew against me with great force. I actually like wind and it's just part of the sea.

I'm now a lot further north than I started in Valencia. I notice this in the vegetation. There are hardly any palm trees left, the plants here in Galicia are similar to those in Central Europe.

Before I left Portugal in Valença, the country rewarded me with a particularly beautiful cycle path of many kilometers, all along a river. The path also had many beautiful rest areas. At the moment I haven't seen many pilgrims there and I was able to enjoy the largest one all by myself.

Here in Porriño I chose an apartment via booking.com that made a very good impression on me. After I saw it from the outside, I made the booking because there was no reception. The landlord then came out immediately and greeted me very warmly. He provided me with a small room for Vogel-Lisi right by the entrance, including electricity. What I found particularly positive in the apartment was that he offered me a fridge with beer and water. Coffee and tea and even bread rolls are also available and do not have to be paid for separately.

Tomorrow I will reach Santiago de Compostela, the destination of all the pilgrims I have met and will meet on the Way of St. James.
